At Mrs. K’leaning Cleaning Experts, our goal is to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning with care, respect, and professionalism.
These guidelines outline expectations, ensure safety, and help us provide the best experience for both you and our team.

Scheduling & Availability

We offer one-time, weekly, biweekly, and monthly services. Arrival windows are required to allow travel time and variations in cleaning duration. If you need to modify your time, please notify us in advance.

Access to Property

You may be home, leave a key, provide a lockbox, or share a door code. For safety and efficiency, please confirm clear access instructions before service day.

What’s Included (Standard Clean)

  • Kitchens: surfaces, sink, stovetop exterior, microwave exterior, cabinet fronts, floor.
  • Bathrooms: shower/tub, toilet, visible tiles, countertops, mirrors, floor.
  • Bedrooms/Living Areas: dusting, accessible surfaces, floors (vacuum/mop), trash.
  • Common Areas: visible baseboards, door handles, light switches (light wipe).

Add-on / Deep Clean / Move In-Out

  • Deep Clean: detailed baseboards, corners, behind items when accessible.
  • Move In/Out: inside cabinets, drawers, appliances (upon request), light post-construction dust.
  • Extras: inside fridge/oven, interior windows, blinds, patio/balcony cleaning.

What’s Not Included

  • Severe mold, biohazards, pest infestations, feces, blood/needles.
  • High-ladder tasks, unlit/unsafe areas.
  • Moving heavy furniture or structural/electrical work.
  • Repairs, painting, carpet restoration.

Preparation Checklist

  • Pick up items from floors and surfaces for more effective cleaning.
  • Ensure access is arranged (codes, gate entry, lockbox, pets secured).
  • Share priorities before your appointment.

Pets & Alarms

Pets must be secured in a separate area for safety. Provide alarm codes if needed and disable motion sensors when possible.

Supplies & Equipment

We bring our own products and equipment. If you have allergies or product preferences, inform us in advance.

Health & Safety

If unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present, our team may reschedule. Please notify us if someone in the home is ill.

Breakage & Damages

Although rare, incidents may occur. Report them within 24 hours with photos so we can evaluate and resolve.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct eligible areas.

Payments

Payment is due on the day of service. Recurring clients may receive special rates.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Missed appointments may also incur a travel charge.

Holidays & Weather

Service dates may shift due to holidays or severe weather. We notify clients in advance.

Privacy & Photos

We respect your privacy. Photos are only taken with permission. Your information is never shared.
